• Provide and manage your transportation reservations
• Communicate with you about your booking (confirmations, updates, chauffeur details)
• Process payments via Stripe after service is complete
• Improve our Site and Services
• Comply with legal obligations including tax and California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) record-keeping requirements
• Detect and prevent fraud

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Our chauffeurs — only the minimum information needed to fulfill your trip (name, phone, pickup/drop-off addresses, flight info).

4. Payment Information & Card Storage

When you reserve with us, your credit card information is securely transmitted to and stored by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never see, store, or have access to your full card number, CVV, or expiration date. We retain only a reference token allowing us to charge your saved card after service is completed. You may request removal of your saved card at any time by contacting us.

5. Cookies

Our Site uses minimal cookies for essential functionality (booking flow) and may use analytics cookies to understand site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work properly.

6. Data Retention

We retain your booking information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations (typically 7 years for tax records). After this period, we securely delete or anonymize your data.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Delete your personal information (subject to legal exceptions)
