Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.ridebosphorus.com and the luxury car services provided by Eroglu Enterprise LLC, doing business as Bosphorus Transportation, operating under the brand name Ride Bosphorus ("we," "us," or "Company"). By booking a reservation or using our Services, you ("Customer" or "you") agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide private luxury ground transportation in the greater Los Angeles area and Southern California, including airport transfers, point-to-point transportation, hourly charter, and group transport. All Services are operated in compliance with applicable California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) regulations.
2. Reservations
To book a Service, you must submit a reservation request through our website, by phone, or by email. Reservations are not confirmed until you receive an email or SMS confirmation from us. We reserve the right to refuse any reservation at our sole discretion.
Required Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking, including pickup and drop-off addresses, date and time, contact information, and a valid payment method.
3. Pricing & Payment
Pricing is based on vehicle class, distance, time, and any additional services (such as car seats, extra stops, or waiting time). Final pricing will be communicated and may include:
- Base trip fare
- Car seat fees ($10 per seat)
- Waiting time fees (after a complimentary grace period)
- Extra stops or route changes
- Tolls, parking, and other passthrough expenses
- Gratuity (if selected by Customer)
- Applicable taxes and fees
Card on File — No Charge at Booking
By submitting a reservation, you authorize us to securely save your credit card information via Stripe, our payment processor. No charge is made at the time of booking. Your card will be charged after service is rendered, including any wait time, extra stops, gratuity, or additional services you request. You authorize us to charge your saved card for the final amount, including any applicable cancellation or no-show fees as described below.
4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
You may cancel or modify your reservation by contacting us via phone, WhatsApp, or email. The following cancellation fees apply:
What Counts as a No-Show
A "no-show" occurs if:
- The Customer fails to appear at the designated pickup location within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time (or, for airport pickups, within 60 minutes after flight arrival)
- The Customer cannot be reached by phone or text at the scheduled time
- The Customer provides an incorrect pickup address and cannot be located
5. Waiting Time
We provide a complimentary waiting time at the start of every booking:
- 15 minutes for point-to-point and hotel pickups
- 60 minutes after flight arrival for airport pickups (we track your flight)
Waiting time beyond the complimentary grace period is billed at the hourly rate of the booked vehicle, prorated in 15-minute increments.
6. Flight Delays & Schedule Changes
If your flight is delayed, we track flight status and adjust your pickup automatically — no need to contact us. If your flight is canceled or rescheduled to a different day, please contact us immediately to modify or cancel your reservation.
7. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Be present at the designated pickup location on time
- Respect the chauffeur and treat the vehicle with care
- Not consume illegal substances, smoke, or vape in the vehicle
- Wear seatbelts at all times in accordance with California law
- Properly secure child passengers in age- and weight-appropriate car seats
- Not exceed the maximum passenger capacity of the booked vehicle
- Notify us in advance of any oversized luggage or special needs
8. Damage & Cleaning Fees
You are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by you or your passengers, including but not limited to:
- Excessive cleaning (vomit, spills, food waste): $250 minimum
- Smoking in vehicle: $300
- Damage to upholstery, interior, or exterior: Actual cost of repair
These fees will be charged to the card on file.
9. Lost Items
We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. If you believe you left an item, contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to locate and return lost items. Return shipping costs are the Customer's responsibility.
10. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if a Customer is intoxicated, abusive, violent, or otherwise endangers the chauffeur, vehicle, or other passengers. In such cases, the full reservation fee will be charged and no refund will be issued.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eroglu Enterprise LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, missed flights, missed connections, or business interruption, regardless of cause, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: traffic accidents, road closures, severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, strikes, civil unrest, mechanical breakdowns, or pandemic-related disruptions.
13. Insurance
All vehicles operated by us are covered by commercial liability insurance meeting or exceeding California minimum requirements for chartered passenger transportation. Insurance details are available upon request.
14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall first be addressed by good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
15. Chargebacks
By accepting these Terms, you agree not to file fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes for services properly rendered. Disputes about charges must be raised with us first via email at info@ridebosphorus.com within 30 days. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in collection action.
16. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on our Site. Continued use of our Services after such posting constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding our Services and supersede any prior agreements.
